MENSA MINI-QUIZ
The following questions are similar to those
administered on the Mensa Admission Tests. Take the
challenge and find out if you are Mensa Material.
- Sally likes 225 but not 224; she likes 900 but
not 800; she likes 144 but not 145. Does Sally
like 1,600 or 1,700?
- Unscramble the letters in the box below and
supply the missing letter to make a nine-letter
word.
- What four-letter word can be placed before each
of the words below to make four new words?
Hyphenated words are allowed.)
- If you count from 0 to 100, how many number 7's
will you pass en route? (that is, whenever the
number '7' appears in any combination)
- What relationship to you is your father's
mother-in-law's only daughter's only child?
- Only one other word can be made from the letters
in the word INSATIABLE. What is that word?
- You are running a training course. It is a mile
long whether you are running uphill or downhill.
You jog up the hill at two miles per hour and run
down the hill at six miles an hour. What is your
average speed for the whole run?
